Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your Loopy case and any accessories back in the original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
